CPU only OpenCL runtime download 64-bit here won't work

what is the problem with the 64-bit it seems its not possible to download it with the link:

The SDK also supports OpenCL on the CPU with 1^st and 2^nd generations of Intel Core processors. On these platforms a CPU only OpenCL runtime is available through separated download (Download 64-bit here, and 32-bit here)

32-bit is working
